The 2016 Inter-View survey results, when comparing the results from the Inter-View Report 2015, highlights year on year career consistency with only a few, slight chart movers and no shakers. The 2016 business analyst job requirements trending remain focussed on personal growth, with challenging work, career progression opportunities and developing new skills and knowledge holding on to the top-3 positions.
